Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position performs general hotel receptionist/data entry duties and tasks in accordance with defined rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Nature and Scope
The incumbent is primarily responsible for the operation ofhotel software for check-ins and check-outs for the facility while directing and greeting visitors. The incumbent may be asked to complete data entry/clerical input if needed. The incumbent will be responsible for helping with daily operations of Business Services. Ability to communicate comfortably with patients, staff, and visitors is required as wells as relate to others in a professional and pleasant manner in person and over the phone.
Major challenges of this position are handling multiple priorities timely amidst frequent distractions and interruptions.

Minimum Qualifications Requirements – Required and/or Preferred
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Applicants pursuing a college degree preferred.
One year general office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days,the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
