Join Us. We seek attentive, goal-oriented individuals to support the expanding needs of one of our largest health insurance company customers. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to calls – and occasionally, email and/or chat – related to benefits, coverage, plan options, claims, payments, and other general questions.
Ideal candidates will possess: + High School Diploma or equivalent + 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment as a customer service representative + Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong typing and analytical abilities + Active listening and problem-solving abilities + Multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail + Previous experience in a medical office, including some knowledge of insurance, billing or coding is helpful, with an understanding of the different types of insurance (Medicare/Medicaid, private, commercial and behavioral) a definite plus.
