If you answered yes to all of these questions, you would be a great addition to our Billing team in The Woodlands, TX as a Billing Specialist/Online Bill Pay Support Specialist.

Scheduled hours are M-F 8am to 5pm. On the monthly scheduled bill days, hours will be 8am until scheduled billing is complete.

A Day In The Life Of A Waste Connections Billing Specialist:

Handling databases and verifying billed revenue
Answering calls to assist and support internal and external customers with billing, online bill pay support, and invoicing
Responding to emails and voicemails regarding billing and online bill pay

What You Have To Have:

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to handle a high volume of calls
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
Experienced with handling a variety of billing cycles.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Able to work evening hours minimum 3 days of each month (required)

What Would Be Great To Have:

Experience with RouteManager
Experience with SQL Report Studio
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and contacts with internal and external customers and candidates in a calm and professional manner
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
