Responsibilities:

Independently oversees the Purchase Order process for the entire company
Performs administrative support to the CFO
Executes accounting tasks as needed
Manages the Administration leave calendar
Anticipates and promptly responds to a wide variety of issues in an effective manner

Requirements:

3-5 years’ experience in support of management (accounting a plus)
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Ability to compose reports and business correspondence
Knowledge of corporate financial topics
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple issues and projects in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
Ability to meet deadlines and to interact effectively with senior management, employees, vendors and business partners
High degree of discretion, judgment, tact and poise, both in person and on the phone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
