As Office Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Managing all incoming calls
Managing COO/CEOs Calendar as a delegate
Followup calls to vendors and clients
Preparing of estimates
Preparing of RFQs
Invoicing
Vendor Management
Managing of Office inventory
The Office Manager reports directly to the COO and CEO.
What we are looking for:
Self Starter with ambitions to grow
Solid MS Office skills
Ability to stay calm in a fast paced highly industrial environment
Ability to Manage people and delegate tasks
Valid Driving License
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Bilingual German a plus
Network in an Industrial Automation Industry a bis plus
