Compensation: $18.00

Sign-On Bonus: $1000.00

Principal Accountabilities:
Production Reconciliation , preparing, receiving paperwork
Data entry to our computer systems
Work closely with the production facility, plant personnel and Consultants on Customer concerns, issues, complaints
Reconciliation of process sheets related to inventory management
Support of clerical tasks related to the plant
Communicate with trucking companies for delivering our products and bringing in ingredients
Understanding on how to invoice and place orders
Quality testing
Grain scale testing
Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
High School Diploma/GED equivalent
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 25lbs, kneeling, climbing, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Ability to use a computer and office equipment
Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
6 months or more experience in administrative roles, production or working at a warehouse
Knowledge of the feed business and its logistical systems
